Do you provide alcohol?
No. Due to licensing and liability regulations, Signature Sips does not provide or sell alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client. We are happy to provide a customized shopping list and quantity recommendations.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Signature Sips carries general liability insurance, and all bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Is there a minimum booking amount?
Yes. All packages are subject to a minimum booking amount, regardless of guest count or event duration. Final pricing may vary based on location, service time, customization, and add-ons.
What does the minimum booking amount include?
The minimum booking amount covers professional bartending service, bar setup and breakdown, standard bar tools, and agreed-upon package inclusions. Additional services and upgrades are priced separately.
Can you serve alcohol to minors?
No. Signature Sips strictly follows all local and state laws. Valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol service. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Do you cut off intoxicated guests?
Yes. For the safety of guests and staff, our bartenders may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
Who is responsible for guest alcohol consumption?
The client assumes responsibility for guest behavior and alcohol consumption at the event. Signature Sips practices responsible service and may pause or stop service if safety concerns arise.
Do you require a contract and deposit?
Yes. A signed service agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
What happens if my event runs longer than scheduled?
Additional service time is subject to availability and billed at an hourly rate. Overtime must be approved by the client or designated event host.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within a specified timeframe may incur additional fees. Full details are outlined in the service agreement.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel outside our standard service area may include a travel fee. All applicable fees are disclosed upfront.
